Fama Solutions has developed the design, manufacturing and full installation of the Urban A+++ hotel in the town of Tres Cantos, Madrid, becoming the first establishment entirely furnished by the brand.

The project covers more than 30 rooms and numerous common areas, with a comprehensive intervention that includes wardrobes, curtains, mattresses, headboards, television frames, as well as chairs and armchairs. Each room has been conceived with its own identity, using different colour combinations according to its typology to provide uniqueness and aesthetic coherence.

In the common areas, a reception desk has been designed in oak and Krion finishes, accompanied by high tables featuring custom digital prints and upholstered stools.

The breakfast area incorporates an upholstered bench combined with Mili chairs, oak tables and Toro armchairs, playing with plain fabrics from the Club collection and prints from the Wander collection. The stair landings reinforce the visual identity of the project through graphic compositions from the Wander Collection, bringing dynamism and freshness to each floor.

A comprehensive project that reflects Fama Solutions’ ability to undertake complete hotel developments, from the initial concept to the final installation, combining design, bespoke manufacturing and coordinated execution.
